ABOUT SUBMISSION AND REVIEW
For Abstract submission: an abstract of about 150 words is required. Please use 10 points and Time New Roman font and submitted in PDF format. The authors’ names and affiliations, postal addresses, telephones, fax numbers and e-mail addresses must be omitted from the submitted abstract file.
For Full paper submission: All manuscripts must be prepared in the standard IEEE Conference Proceedings format and limited to the maximum of 6 pages of A4 form in PDF format. Please use 10 points and Time New Roman font. The authors’ names and affiliations, postal addresses, telephones, fax numbers and e-mail addresses must be omitted from the submitted manuscripts. Each manuscript must contain an abstract of about 150 words. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

All submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
The reviewing process of the ICLIE conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews by experts or those who have been in the related field for years. Accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
ABOUT PLAGIARISM
Plagiarism is totally unacceptable to ICLIE. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper, and scholarly citations to the work of others. The authors have to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and the published results or techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
If the author is found to have committed an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
1. Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2. Report the authors violation to his or her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3. Report the author's violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agencies.
4. Reserve the right to publish the author's name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution, and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist.
